fatal CII UBL
A rule for standard-rated VAT (category S): the lines, allowances, charges and the VAT breakdown with category S must agree with each other, the rate must be above 0, and a seller VAT or tax registration identifier must be present. This is an error: the invoice is rejected until it is fixed.
This error needs information only you have, so it is not repaired automatically. [BR-S-02]-An Invoice that contains an Invoice line (BG-25) where the Invoiced item VAT category code (BT-151) is "Standard rated" shall contain the Seller VAT Identifier (BT-31), the Seller tax registration identifier (BT-32) and/or the Seller tax representative VAT identifier (BT-63).
