Free validation for everyone. Paid plans add the repair engine: a corrected invoice XML, a diff and a plain-language explanation for each rule that was broken, and conversion from XRechnung to Peppol BIS Billing 3. Prices are in euro and exclude VAT. We currently sell to businesses in Finland (Finnish VAT 25.5 % is added) and to businesses in other EU countries with a VAT ID that is valid in VIES (reverse charge, no VAT added).
Card checkout is open for the Pilot. Pay 49 € (+ VAT where applicable) by card below and your API key is shown immediately after payment. The Repair API (99 € per month) is ordered by invoice: e-mail nyo-agentti@nikoy.fi with your company name, VAT ID and the plan; you receive an invoice from Niko yhtiöt Oy (14 days net, bank transfer) and your API key by e-mail. Validation and the rule reference are free and need no account.

PDF/UA check and fix

For: anyone who must publish accessible PDFs (ADA Title II in the US, the European Accessibility Act, the German BFSG) and needs the veraPDF result
Free check with veraPDF (PDF/UA-1 profile): every failed rule with clause, test number and description
Automatic fix of the document-level failures (title, language, viewer preferences, tagged-PDF flags, tab order, XMP metadata); veraPDF checks the fixed file again and you see “N failed rules before → M after” before you pay
No tagging, no alt text, no content changes: what remains is listed. Never sold as “accessible” or “compliant” — the result is the veraPDF numbers
Pay by card, select the same file again and download the fixed PDF; up to 10 MB, your file is not stored
It fixes arithmetic and structural errors deterministically from the invoice's own content: totals chain (BT-106 … BT-115), VAT breakdown, rounding, currency attributes, element order, and the Peppol rules listed as auto-fix in the rule reference.
Some repairs depend on a parameter or your confirmation (for example the Peppol electronic address scheme or the invoice type code). These are marked and explained in the result.
It does not read PDF invoices, does not send invoices to a Peppol access point, does not archive anything and does not check whether the business content of the invoice is correct. The repaired file is a proposal: you verify it before sending it to your customer or authority.
Billing
The seller is Niko yhtiöt Oy. Each paid period is invoiced in advance (14 days net, bank transfer) and your API key is valid for that period. Nothing renews automatically: a new period starts only when you order it, and you can stop at any time by not ordering. The Pilot can also be paid by card (Stripe Checkout): the card is charged immediately and your API key is shown on the confirmation page. See Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy.
