Recommend our free e-invoice and PDF/UA checks to the people you work with, and earn 30 % of the net price of what they then buy from us.

Who it is for

Companies whose users, clients or members get rejected e-invoices or inaccessible PDFs: e-invoicing and accounting software vendors, Peppol access points and operators, accounting firms, consultants, and communities such as forums, user groups and newsletters.

What you do

Link to our free check with your partner code in the address. Any page of this site works with ?ref= and your code, for example:

Replace CODE with the code you get when you apply below. Your visitors use the same free checks and pay the same prices as everyone else (see Pricing).

What you earn

30 % of the net price (excl. VAT) of every paid, non-refunded order:

An order counts when it is placed in the same visit that started from your link: link → free check → payment. We do not track visitors — there are no cookies and nothing is stored in the browser — so your code travels only in the page address and in the forms of our pages. If the visitor leaves and comes back later without your link, there is no commission. Orders refunded under our Refund Policy earn no commission.

Statement and payout

We e-mail you a statement each month for the previous month. When your balance is at least 20 €, you invoice us for it and we pay by bank transfer (SEPA) within 30 days of your invoice; a smaller balance is carried forward to the next statement.

Conditions

• Companies only. In the EU we check your VAT ID in the EU VIES service; outside the EU we need your company registration number. We do not accept private individuals.
• No exclusivity and no minimum. Either side can end the arrangement at any time by e-mail; commissions earned until then are still paid.
• This is an independent referral arrangement, not employment, agency or resale: you do not sell on our behalf or make commitments for us, and customers buy directly from Niko yhtiöt Oy under our Terms.
• Do not send unsolicited bulk e-mail and do not misrepresent the service. For example, our PDF fix does not make a document “accessible” or “compliant”; describe it with the veraPDF numbers the result page shows.
• Disclose the referral relationship where the law that applies to you requires it.
• Use our name only as plain text: “NYO e-invoice validator” or “NYO PDF/UA check”.
• We may change the commission rate for future orders with 30 days' notice on this page.
