fatal CII UBL
A rule for supplies not subject to VAT (category O): such an invoice has no VAT identifiers and no VAT rates, only one VAT breakdown (category O) with its reason, and every line, allowance and charge is category O. This is an error: the invoice is rejected until it is fixed.
This error needs information only you have, so it is not repaired automatically. [BR-O-12]-An Invoice that contains a VAT breakdown group (BG-23) with a VAT category code (BT-118) "Not subject to VAT" shall not contain an Invoice line (BG-25) where the Invoiced item VAT category code (BT-151) is not "Not subject to VAT".
