fatal CII UBL
A rule for VAT-exempt supplies (category E): the rate is 0, the VAT breakdown states the exemption reason (BT-120 or BT-121), and a seller VAT or tax registration identifier is present. This is an error: the invoice is rejected until it is fixed.
This error needs information only you have, so it is not repaired automatically. [BR-E-03]-An Invoice that contains a Document level allowance (BG-20) where the Document level allowance VAT category code (BT-95) is "Exempt from VAT" shall contain the Seller VAT Identifier (BT-31), the Seller tax registration identifier (BT-32) and/or the Seller tax representative VAT identifier (BT-63).
