veraPDF rule 7.10-1 = ISO 14289-1:2014 clause 7.10, test 1, checked on PDF object PDOCConfig.
What the requirement says

Can it be fixed automatically?
Not fixed automatically. This failure needs the authoring tool or manual remediation; the automatic fix does not change it.
How to fix it by hand
This is a low-level PDF syntax requirement; it is usually fixed by exporting the file again with a current PDF producer or by saving it through a PDF editor.
